Returns Policy

RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE OR CREDIT    

The ‘Alpine Armour’ website located at http://www.alpinearmour.com.au (the “Website”) is owned, controlled and operated by Liston Group Enterprises Pty Ltd (ABN 49 664 417 822) ("Alpine Armour", “we”, “our”, or “us”). Alpine Armour will accept no cancellations or changes to Orders unless provided for under the Terms or otherwise agreed. Customers therefore need to make sure their Orders are accurate before submitting to Alpine Armour. However, the Customer will be able to return Goods in accordance with the conditions outlined below.

Customers in Australia may:

  1. Exchange physical Goods within 14 days from the date of delivery. Alpine Armour will exchange the Goods in accordance with the Customer’s request for alternate size/style. Goods must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging with the tags still attached; or
  1. Return Goods for Online Store credit (for the original Order Price) within 14 days from the date of delivery. Goods must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging with the tags still attached. Click here for the returns form
  1. Under no circumstances will Alpine Armour offer a Refund or Online Store Credit for eBook purchases, given the nature of the purchase.

Customers outside of Australia may:

  1. Exchange physical Goods within 30 days from the date of delivery. Alpine Armour will exchange the Goods in accordance with the Customer’s request for alternate size/style. Goods must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging with the tags still attached; or
  1. Return Goods for Online Store credit (for the original Order Price) within 30 days from the date of delivery. Goods must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging with the tags still attached; Click here for the returns form.
  1. Under no circumstances will Alpine Armour offer a Refund or Online Store Credit for eBook purchases, given the nature of the purchase.

When returning Goods for exchange or credit, Customers must include their Tax Invoice & completed return slip within their return parcel and Goods must be posted to PO Box 180, Bright, VIC, 3741. Any Goods returned, shall be returned at the Customer’s expense and the Customer will not be refunded for the original postage cost unless there was an error made by Alpine Armour in the Order or the Goods are deemed damaged or faulty by Alpine Armour as outlined below in “Damaged or Faulty Goods”.

Items purchased “on sale” or at a reduced rate due to any promotion will NOT be eligible for a return. For any queries on this please contact contact@alpinearmour.com.au

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

If the Customer discovers that the Goods are faulty or damaged, the Customer must notify Alpine Armour within 14 days of purchase either by returning the goods with return slip and explanation, or via email at contact@alpinearmour.com. If Alpine Armour inspects the Goods and confirms that there is a fault, the Customer will be entitled to a full refund (including postage costs), replacement (if available), exchange or credit. Customers are liable for any delivery costs if the Goods are found not to be damaged or faulty. All Goods are thoroughly inspected to ensure that they are in the best condition prior being sent to the Customer. All therapeutic Goods also comply with the Therapeutic Goods Act and are registered on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods.
